With over 23 years in property, I offer a unique blend of hands-on sales management and new homes expertise. Having worked across the full housing spectrum (from Negotiator, Valuer, Mortgage Consultant and Branch Manager to Area New Homes Partner) I have worked with developers of all sizes, from small builders to PLCs.
I understand the complete development journey, from land sourcing, feasibility to product creation, pricing, and launch, through to marketing, managing Estate Agents to increase activity, negotiating customer deals to sales progression and final customer handover. I specialise in supporting small to medium-sized developers who need expert sales leadership without the cost of a full-time team, providing flexible, project-based solutions.
With a strong background in compliance, administration, and sales management, I take a practical, results-driven approach that maximises sales while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
