Site Management
Ensuring show homes, sales areas, and signage consistently reflect a high-quality brand presence. Overseeing product readiness, including sparkle cleans, homeowner packs, and customer handovers, to deliver a seamless and professional buying experience.
Estate Agent Relationship Management
Sourcing and appointing the most suitable estate agents for each development. Actively monitoring performance across enquiries, viewings, sales rates, marketing activity, and sales progression. Managing and negotiating offers to optimise pricing and protect margins.
Internal Operations
Acting as a central link between sales, estate agents, construction teams, and legal advisors. Providing comprehensive sales management, reporting, and administrative support to ensure smooth operations and informed decision-making.
